POS System and Back Office

I am responsible for managing the back office of our Storehub POS system, overseeing inventory management for over 800+ products. This includes encoding product details, updating stock levels, and ensuring that all product information—such as descriptions, prices, and specifications—are accurate and up-to-date for both in-store sales and the website.
My role also involves the systematic encoding of new products, along with updates to promotions or discounts, ensuring that product listings reflect the most current information. I ensure that the POS system is seamlessly integrated with our website, keeping inventory synchronized across both platforms, so that product availability is accurately reflected in real time.
I also play a critical role in the showroom’s sales operations by managing the "face" of the POS system. This includes ensuring the system is user-friendly and provides the sales team with easy access to product information, which in turn supports their ability to assist customers quickly and efficiently.
In addition to these tasks, I am solely responsible for monitoring and generating daily, monthly, and annual sales reports from the back office. This includes tracking sales trends, inventory movement, and other key performance metrics. I am the only person who has access to this data, aside from the CEO, which means I ensure it is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
By generating these reports, I help the company make informed decisions, identify areas for growth, and track performance. My role is integral in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the CEO’s strategic decisions with accurate and timely sales data.
