I created various marketing posters and informational visuals for a coffee shop, focusing on both customer engagement and staff training. Using Canva, I designed materials that were clean, visually appealing, and easy to understand.
During my interview at But First, Coffee’s head office, I shared that I had experience in graphics and layout design for event invitations, posters, and marketing materials. Because of this, they assigned me to create several marketing posters, which allowed me to contribute creatively while supporting the brand’s promotional efforts.
For front-of-house use, I developed marketing posters that showcased the coffee shop’s menu items, featured drinks, and seasonal promotions. These were designed to attract customer attention and reflect the cozy, inviting brand identity of the shop.
On the operational side, I also created informative posters for internal use. This included step-by-step reheating process guides for beverages and food items, clear instructions on pastry shelf life, and storage guidelines to help staff maintain quality and consistency.
By combining strong visuals with straightforward instructions, these posters helped ensure both the customer-facing and behind-the-scenes operations ran smoothly and professionally. It was a hands-on experience that strengthened my content creation skills while contributing directly to both branding and workflow efficiency.





At Winart Pickleball Club, I manage and create a wide range of marketing and communication materials that support the club’s operations and member engagement. This includes designing promotional content for tournaments and events, producing short-form videos for Facebook and TikTok that capture drills, rallies, matches, and live activities, and creating eye-catching graphics for social media posts, flyers, posters, and banners. By maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity, I ensure that all materials are cohesive, professional, and appealing to both current members and potential clients.
In addition to marketing content, I develop informative materials covering FAQs, announcements, club rules, policies, and etiquette. These materials help members stay informed about the club’s operations, guidelines, and community standards, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone. I strategically plan content to ensure timely delivery of updates, event promotions, and important information, which enhances communication, reduces confusion, and fosters a respectful and engaged community.
Through this comprehensive approach, my marketing and communication materials have successfully increased member engagement, generated inquiries, and strengthened the club’s visibility both online and offline. By combining creative design, strategic messaging, and careful planning, I create content that not only informs and entertains but also builds a welcoming, organized, and professional club environment.
