In the past two years, I have effectively leveraged monday.com to streamline administrative and operations management, ensuring that projects and tasks across multiple departments run efficiently and on schedule. I create dedicated boards for each department—sales, CAD design, engineering, and operations—allowing tasks, responsibilities, and timelines to be clearly organized and easily tracked. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, I serve as the Sales and Support Supervisor, overseeing not only the team but also all department boards to ensure alignment, proper workflow, and seamless coordination. By monitoring progress in real time, I can identify bottlenecks, provide guidance, and maintain smooth, productive workflows.
During this period, I have also set up automations to optimize workflow, including notifications for deadlines, reminders for approvals, and automatic task updates. I generate detailed reports on project progress, departmental deliverables, and team performance, providing actionable insights to leadership for proactive decision-making. Centralizing all operational data in monday.com has improved transparency, accountability, and coordination between departments, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Beyond daily task tracking and reporting, I continuously refine boards, update workflows, and implement new automations to enhance operational efficiency. I design dashboards that give leadership an at-a-glance view of project status, team workloads, and upcoming priorities. Over these two years, my hands-on experience with monday.com has allowed me to combine administrative oversight with strategic operations management, leveraging technology to increase productivity, streamline communication, and drive measurable results across the organization.
