(Procurement/Material Planner)
• Handling Purchase order of consumable items in Production (Finger cots, gloves etc.) Imported Direct materials, Fabricated items and Machine Parts
• Process RFQs, source and negotiate for best cost supplier.
• Review order balance and follow-up delivery to supplier.
• Monitor orders and provide supplier’s delivery confirmation to concern unit.
• Initiate promotion of Cost down Activity.
• Canvassing / Outsourcing for potential suppliers
• Develop potential supplier (Prepares Supplier Information sheet)
• Background in assessing imported chemicals if it's a controlled item by Philippine Government
• Knowledgeable in processing necessary documents of imported items in Bureau of Customs
• Understanding in evaluating of new chemicals
• Knowledgeable in the processing of PDEA, DENR and
• PNP Permit for controlled chemicals
• Organize the forecast report for direct materials (Chemicals)
• Set up the Production plan for Paste mixing
• Prepare the MRP for paste and Chemicals
• Daily monitoring for shortage report (Paste)
• Monitoring and controlling the inventory of Paste and Chemicals and also the Production Inventory
• Assisting and coordinating with Production Technology Department about the evaluating of materials and supplies that will use directly in the product
• Monitor the expiration of paste and chemicals in Production and Warehouse to coordinate with the ProdTech adviser
