One of the primary responsibilities of a Legal Virtual Assistant is drafting various legal documents, such as deed of conveyances, petitions, motions, and affidavits.
Here are examples of my work from my current role as a Senior Agrarian Reform Program Technologist (SARPT), where I handle various disputes and provide legal assistance to our Farmer Beneficiaries:
AFFIDAVITS
Many of our farmers struggle to afford legal representation. To help them, we, as technical fieldworkers, assist them in drafting affidavits.
DEED OF TRANSFER
To expedite program documentation and guarantee the precision of required materials, we actively draft documents like deeds of transfer.
PETITION
"To empower farmers cultivating land they lack ownership titles for, we draft petitions for our Quasi-Judicial Court, aiding them in securing their land rights."

These experiences has equipped me with a strong foundation in legal document drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a legal environment.
Before starting my journey as a government employee, my first job after earning my bachelor's degree was as a Legal Services Clerk. This role familiarized me with various legal documents and exposed me to legal proceedings, including court hearings, among other experiences.
