Human Resource Services
Due to the urgent needs of the service and the potential management saw in my performance, I was designated as the Human Resource Development Officer in our office. This role came with increased responsibilities, and I quickly adapted to the demands of multitasking. In addition to my new position, I also took on the roles of Human Resource Merit Promotion & Selection's Board Secretary and Payroll and Remittances Officer. Balancing these three major designations allowed me to develop strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that each responsibility was met with efficiency and dedication.
As a Human Resource Development Officer, I am responsible for planning and organizing training programs for my colleagues.
