- Directly communicate with customers via email.
- Assists them with their warranty claims.
- Also, assists them with other concerns such as order status , product inquiry, discounts/promotions, refund and returns.
- Directly communicate with the app users via email.
- Assists them with their purchase or sales inquiry, delivery status, payment issues, refunds, username change and account deletion.
- We also assist them with regards to tech issues, password/login/sign-up issues and issues with other users such as bullying, unfair feedbacks, and posting fakes and prohibited items.
- Directly communicate with customers via email or via calls.
- Assists them with their plan inquiry, network complaints, orders online, account inquiry, billing inquiry, cancelations of services, and other queries.
- The Bid Support Specialist (BSS) provides sales-related support to any business-approved opportunity in scope of the account. Such services would include but are not limited to bid facilitation, proposal development, document production, bid Solution Design & Delivery (SDD), and ICAP.
- Also, to assimilate Global Process Services culture and best practices, gain customer understanding, increase knowledge of policies, guidelines, and processes to support its clients.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Responsible for transferring paper formats into computer files. Attention to detail is essential.
Prepare your accounts, document daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
First point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells.
