I have working experience as a Customer Service Representative - Email Suport. I also have experience as a  Customer Service Assistant - Bank Teller in a local bank here in the Philippines. The softwares used are mainly in house (company owned) and dos based sytem softwares. We also used Excel files for end of day reconciliation.

This is a simplified table includes the Employee ID and Deduction type. This additional information helps in better understanding the impact of deductions on individual employees.
