EMAIL MANAGEMENT
I preferred to check my emails every day cause it helps meΒ feel organized and in control. I made sure to keep my inbox empty that day.
I have labelled it in 5 categories namely:
1. Personal - nonwork-related emails, such as messages from friends and family.
2. Work - messages related to your job, projects, team communications, and work-related tasks.
3. Awaiting Response - emails I've sent that are awaiting replies from others.
4. To Review - emails that contain information or content I want to revisit but donβt need an immediate response.
5. Completed - emails that have been resolved or tasks that have been completed, serving as a record of finished work.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
I chose to use a single calendar to centralize all my appointments and commitments, helping me to avoid confusion.
