RESEARCH & DATA COLLECTION
As a BPO employee, we were tasked to search and collect data from restaurants located in Chicago which are prospective merchants to partner with our platform. We used Google Spreadsheet to input all these information including the restaurant's websites & Google search links. The blue boxes covered the confidential information.
Skills Required:
Data Entry Proficiency: Accurate and efficient data input skills to minimize errors.
Familiarity with Google Sheets Functions: Understanding functions like SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, and FILTER to manipulate and analyze data.
