Hi there! I’m Teodoro Jose Labor, but you can call me TJ. I’m 29 years old and I’m from Bohol, Philippines. In my free time, I love playing mobile games, watching mukbang and financial videos on YouTube, and singing karaoke with my family. I enjoy hanging out with friends and hiking in the park nearby. My go-to comfort foods are pizza and ice cream!
I’ve spent the past four years working in the BPO sector. I’m dedicated, eager to learn, and excited to share my skills and knowledge with others. I am also open to constructive criticisms & is receptive to feedbacks.

- Resolve merchant issues, requests, enquiries, and complaints including customers facing issues via phone calls and emails.
- Responsible for handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders including issuance of cash for pawning sales from auction.
- Screening resumes, interviewing applicants and administering exams.
- Organizing and setting up schedules for applicants' final interviews with supervisors.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information & employment contracts, and inputting these records to the company's database.
Sorting, archiving and deleting emails based on their importance, and responding to messages in a timely manner.
Optimizing time by scheduling and prioritizing critical tasks, appointments, and events to achieve productivity.
Converting a menu’s content—such as food items, descriptions, and prices—into a written format
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Transferring paper formats into computer files or database systems. Keen attention to detail is practiced.
Generating consumer interest for a product or service with the goal of turning that interest into a sale.
TJ performs his job well. He is dependable and has good personality. He maintains good relationship towards his co-workers. TJ can handle his job with less supervision.
As an immediate supervisor, I found TJ to be consistently focused on his job description as a branch cashier and tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. He also performed cross selling in all company products and convinced customer to avail our offered services.
He has a warm attitude that made his co associates comfortable with him in dealing the branch daily operations. TJ also showed willingness to learn more as he went through his daily duties.
TJ has been an exceptional General Virtual Assistant trainee. He is proactive, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn. His ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and provide reliable support has been invaluable. I’m confident he will excel in any project he takes on!
