I created my omnichannel tracker to customize customer interactions across multiple channels. It allows to collect and analyze data from various channels, including websites, email, and more. This data used to identify customer trends and behavior, helping the brands I handles; better understand HCPs and create more effective marketing campaigns. The tracker can also provide insights into the effectiveness of different channels and help brands identify areas for improvement.

I am responsible for creating and managing content on a Facebook page. This includes designing posts that are visually appealing, engaging with followers and responding to comments, monitoring page analytics, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in social media. Additionally, they should be proactive and work to increase the page's reach by finding and engaging with new followers.

By analyzing data gathered from their Facebook page, I specialize in compiling meaningful reports which can be used to gain a better understanding of their audience and make informed decisions. These reports can include information on the types of posts that are performing best, the demographics of the page's fans, the engagement rate of posts, and the frequency of posts. With this data, it is possible to identify areas that need improvement and focus on those in order to increase their page's reach and engagement.
