Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, I worked with members and customers to help them place and track orders. This involved answering questions about product availability, pricing, and shipping options, as well as providing guidance on the ordering process.
To ensure that customers received the best service possible, I needed to be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, as well as the various systems and tools used to manage orders. I also needed to be able to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the right solutions.
