With my previous employer, I was able to handle patient records, appointments, billing, technical, clinicals, and EMR management. However, due to their own CRM and complying with HIPAA, I cannot provide my sample works previously on this portfolio mostly for the protection of PII. 

Hence, I was able to train with ProVA  on their General Virtual Assistant course and they asked me to do the following as my sample works.
