This MS Excel tool is designed for recording our customers
who have received services from us, such as Preventive Maintenance Services
(PMS). It includes records for schedule dates, client names, locations, unit
chassis numbers, equipment models, warranty types, service types, running
times, and more. This Excel tool makes it easy for us to keep track of all
monitoring for our clients.
MS WORD
I use MS Word to create flyers for the Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Engines. These flyers are provided to our clients to raise awareness about the product and ensure that their operators have the necessary knowledge.
GOOGLE DRIVE
I use Google Drive to easily share information with my staff across
different branches. This tool allows me to remotely monitor their progress in
filling out forms, ensuring that all clients receive their services without any
left behind. If there are clients who have not received Preventive Maintenance
Services (PMS) or repair services, I can quickly follow up with my staff to
understand the situation and get their explanations. Using a google drive also for customer monitoring service if the staff call all the clients of their specific branches.
