Executive Assistant

I’m an Executive Assistant dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless operations within the team. My role involves a variety of tasks designed to enhance efficiency and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Sync-Ups: Organizing and leading sync-up meetings to set priorities and align team objectives.
- Email and Calendar Management: Overseeing email correspondence and calendar schedules to optimize team productivity.
- Team Meeting Preparation: Crafting detailed templates for weekly meetings to facilitate organized and effective discussions.
- Document Management: Maintaining and updating information in the HerBestLife LLC shared Google Drive and the Scorecard, with regular updates posted in the Slack channel.
- Directory and Event Coordination: Updating the Empire Circle Directory and managing clear communication with speakers for smooth event execution.
- Graphics and Media Creation: Designing and updating speaker graphics in Canva, creating videos for the Team HBL Hub, and managing content for the Empire Circle on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Database and Communication: Maintaining a comprehensive database of speaker information, providing updates to the events team, and managing text message programming for the Empire Building Podcast.
- Social Media and Invoicing: Handling Facebook requests, approving as necessary, and filing invoices in the Drive.
- Additional Support: Offering general assistance as requested by Team HBL and the Founders to ensure all needs are met efficiently.
