Data Entry Encoding
I use a Microsoft program called Microsoft Excel, which is effective for data entry, as you can see in the picture.
In order to correctly separate elements; the Head Subject Section (Property address, county, Homeowner's name, property asking prices, and its Status), I made a sample piece of work that was customized to my client's requirements, and it may vary.
I also included color coding to make the navigation easier.
