Here are some of the mobile games I've handled as a Player Engagement and Account Security Associate:

My Tasks:
- Email support representative for an international streaming platform and gaming industry widely used by gamers, streamers, vloggers, and students using Zendesk and Helpshift as the main tools.

- Assist users and gamers as a Trust and Safety Associate with their compromised accounts, unauthorized transactions, and disabled and banned accounts.

- Handling technical inquiries such as app installation, audio, and voice settings, and account log-in issues.

- Community moderation abiding to the business’ terms of service and federal laws.
