US Food Delivery Service App Support
Responsibilities:
- assisting Consumers, Dashers (rider), and Merchants (restaurant)
- providing support through calls, live chats, and email
- order tracking for consumers
- placing orders for customers
- Understanding results in long wait times, cold food, and unhappy customers.
- Maintaining up-to-date information (menus, prices, special promotions, operating hours, and delivery areas for partnered merchants)
- processing payout for dashers (delivery riders)
- Providing delivery drivers with real-time support when there are delays in order fulfillment, traffic issues, vehicle problems, payment issues, loading top-up cards, or when the drivers can't find the delivery location.
- Assisting new hire delivery drivers.
