Hey! I have more than seven years of experience as a customer service representative working in tech support, health care, and telephone customer service. When it comes to keeping client interaction logs organized, I am extremely thorough. I assisted consumers with signing up and data retrieval while answering up to 100 calls every day.

My most recent position was with a healthcare company. As a floorwalker or subject matter expert (SME), I was a member of the SUPPORT Team and I provided all of my agents' questions with answers. To raise the company's rating, I also answered supervisory calls and checked the calls made by the agents. I also managed a team and kept track of its progress.
