Although I am not yet a data entry VA, I have an experience in keeping track of and documenting information because I have worked as a floorwalker or subject matter expert in the past. Since I worked in the BPO sector for approximately 7 years, I received a lot of training and learned a lot of new skills. This, in my opinion, would be beneficial in the field of virtual assistants.
I document the supervisory calls I've had as a Floorwalker (SME). In order to give those agents advice on how to deescalate in the future, I have also provided feedback to those who kept receiving follow-up calls. I also have enrolled myself to a learning course to improve and acquire new set of skills.
