As a teacher-adviser, it’s our responsibility to record students' grades on a master grade sheet. Subject teachers often want to review the grades they've assigned to see if they align with those given by others, or to make any adjustments needed for future quarters. To avoid the time-consuming task of updating each teacher individually, I created a shared master grade sheet using a spreadsheet. Now, teachers can check the grades in real-time, making it easy for them to stay informed and make adjustments when needed. This solution has streamlined our grading process and improved collaboration among our team.
