During the pandemic, face-to-face learning was still restricted, making it challenging to stay connected with students. As a teacher-adviser, I was tasked with gathering vaccination information for my learners, but many were still using modular distance learning. This made data collection difficult, so I came up with a solution: I created a Google Document template and shared it in our class group chat on Messenger. This way, students could easily fill in the necessary details, and I could gather the data I needed more efficiently.
