As a Property Manager in my previous job, I handled a lot of data entry, particularly for the collections and disbursements of the Homeowners Association. I encoded the collected association dues daily and recorded the disbursements in both Microsoft Excel and our accounting system. As a PM, you should be very attentive to the details of the amount you encode.
