Bookkeeping
As a Property Manager, I was responsible for handling bookkeeping and financial management tasks to ensure smooth property operations.
My responsibilities included:
- Tracking and recording collections from homeowners/tenants
- Monitoring expenses and maintaining updated cash-in-bank records
- Managing receivables and payables to prevent overdue accounts
- Preparing accurate financial records and reports using Microsoft Excel
Through this role, I strengthened my skills in financial reporting, expense monitoring, and property operations management, while ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions.



I also have a background in using Xero Accounting Software through a free account, which allowed me to gain hands-on experience in managing transactions, generating reports, and familiarizing myself with cloud-based bookkeeping tools. This exposure helped me adapt quickly to digital accounting systems and expand my financial management skills.
