SPARE PARTS INVENTORY
- Quarterly checking and have actual inventory of spare parts at warehouse in Laguna.
- Check and compare actual spare parts versus system data if balance.
- Declaring discrepancies if there are any.
- Encode details of actual inventory on Inventory excel file monitoring, recording of in & outs of spare parts if any.
- Delivered items should have corresponding (Invoice & Delivery Receipt).
