- Customer will send email of RFQ for parts, I will acknowledge request of customer.

- I will request quotation from supplier. Once I received quotation from supplier, I will generate parts quotation.

- Open excel file for specific customer and input, date, items stated on supplier's quotation, compute unit cost (which includes mark-up) and send to my superior for checking and approval.

- Once quotation is completely signed and approved, I will send to customer who requested the quote.
