I've been a customer service representative for almost seven years. TaskUs Inc. and Telus International Philippines were two of my previous employers. Since I've been a BPO agent for a while, I've done admin tasks such as email and calendar management in addition to supporting live chat, inbound and outbound concerns.
I am grateful for those experiences because I was able to apply my knowledge as a Freelancer when I had a client. I enjoy filming and editing on my own, which is why I decided to incorporate it into my work while continuing to pursue my passion.
