Ayooo! So, picture this: I spent a solid two years diving deep into the delightful world of Technical Support/Product Support. Yep, I was the go-to guru for all things tech-troubleshooting. But then, a light bulb moment hit me – why not sprinkle some of that magic into the freelance realm?
So, armed with top-notch phone, chat, and email etiquette skills (seriously, I can charm the socks off a robot), I swung on a journey as a Freelance Virtual Assistant. But hold onto your hats, folks, because I didn't stop there. Oh no, I've worn more hats than a hat enthusiast at a hat convention. From Real Estate Cold calling to Social Media Management, General Virtual Assisting to Executive Assisting, I've done it all.
And let's not forget my flair for the finer details – Data Entry and Appointment Setting? Consider them conquered.
Now, here's the juicy bit: I didn't just stumble into this gig. Oh, no siree. I'm fueled by a passion for reading, which translates into a knack for spinning stories and whipping up captions that'll make your Instagram followers swoon!

Assisted customers in North America with their Amazon products and/or services issues via Chat, Email, and Phone.
Scope : product support expert, retail account specialist, handling payments and promotions, troubleshooting, follow up calls/emails, web researching.
Handled client's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn account engagements. Engaging with the Followers and Mutuals to nurture prospect customers until ready for appointment.
Scope : I replied to comments, comments on other people's posts, set appointments through Calendly, transfer data information to Google Sheet
Working with different files where I collect every needed information. Mainly, the contact information of each company's Executives and Experts. Information are organized through Google Sheet.

I am currently working as a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to a direct client who owns a CPA Firm. I do lead generation using Meta Suites, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other client-based platforms. Additionally, I do email marketing using Mailchimp.
I also do some social media management on the side like handling my client's Facebook page, Facebook group and all other platforms of meta. I do social media post hence I also do graphic designs.
