Ayooo! So, picture this: I spent a solid two years diving deep into the delightful world of Technical Support/Product Support. Yep, I was the go-to guru for all things tech-troubleshooting. But then, a light bulb moment hit me – why not sprinkle some of that magic into the freelance realm?
So, armed with top-notch phone, chat, and email etiquette skills (seriously, I can charm the socks off a robot), I swung on a journey as a Freelance Virtual Assistant. From Real Estate Cold calling to Social Media Management, General Virtual Assisting to Executive Assisting, I've done it all.
