Customer Service

I worked with Sutherland Global Services handling Amazon Account for 2 Years.
I have 1 year experience as Product Support Expert and 1 year experience as a Technical Support Representative.
Here are some photos of my fantastic journey.
1st Year (Product Support Expert)
Elevator Selfie
This was during our 4th of July Events
Fun Fact : I'm a fashion enthusiast - thus, I see every opportunity to take pictures of my outfits :)
Our Supervisor's birthday!
This team was definitely a Family of mine
What I like being with this team is that they will never make you feel different from them. Growth is our top priority without compromising our mental and physical health. Special mention to my Supervisor 'Don' who is very supportive and see the potential in each of us. He definitely plays a huge role of my success as a customer service representative (he was also the one who endorsed me to become a Technical Support later time)
Awards and Certificates
Prior to this award, I was also ranked 2nd top performer (meeting all KPI's) out of 366 associates in our department. That was a Met Gala moment for me especially that I'm just a newbie at the time. Too bad I can't find that picture of mine (I will update this once I found it!)
As for this photo which was taken during our Team Building. I was ranked 4th top performer in our Team. Beside me are my Supervisor and Support :)
Bonus Pic
This was during our Halloween Party
Our team costume was to dress like "The Smurfs" (the Winning Team)

2nd Year (Technical Support Representative)
This was during our Graduation (certified Technical Support)
One of my proudest moments to have survived our 2 weeks intensive training about Amazon eero WiFi Mesh System
I have never see myself as someone who is posses the qualities of being a technology savvy person as I am more into honing my communication skills. Little did I know that I can do it too.
This was the time I realized that whatever I set my mind into even if it seems that that is hard to achieve, I can do it. As long as I am dedicated, willing, and put 100 percent of my efforts to it, nothing is impossible.
Meet my New Team!
So so happy to have worked with this cuties!
I'd like to share one of my most unforgettable moments with them.
Although we are the closing team (closing hour) in our department, it never felt boring every single day! I still remember that the last hour of our shift, there are only few calls coming in (our calls usually take 20 minutes minimum - 1 hour maximum depending on the difficulty of the issue) and one time, I was the lucky guy to receive a complex issue and it's my first time in the production floor. The issue I got was somehow new to our system that even my supervisor is not familiar. So, what my teammates did was they helped me solved the issue by helping me research the occurring problem. After 20 minutes of researching (shazam!!!) it still wasn't resolved, and they left me because their shift is already done.
After 20 minutes, I was able to assist the customer in some ways and explain to him that the issue he is facing is somehow a new issue that our Tier Support needs to check out. I was able to create a follow up call for him the next day for further support. Just as I thought that I was going home alone with a heavy feeling, these guys were literally hiding in the corner waiting for me to finish my call while eating Ice Cream! Gosh! the audacity to leave me all alone for Ice Cream! (kidding) Well, they waited for me and bought me ice cream so it's still nice.
That was epic on my part because I thought I wouldn't get along with these lovely people, but I was wrong. If I could go back to those times I've shared with them - I'll definitely savor every moment.
This was my last photo with them before I embarked into a new journey as a Virtual Assistant.
