This
is the online shopping account that I’ve been handling, before. I really enjoy
the opportunity to managed an account. We create product detail page for each
of our products, including pricing information, inventory and shipping details.
As these are critical for a new customers who want more information before they
make a purchase.
I really enjoy the opportunity to manage an account, as I feel like I am able to do my best work when working with customers, since I have experience managing inventory and customer service support. In order to manage an account, you should be organized and detailed-oriented. I kept track of the sold items, setting up product shoots, so customers could see exactly what it would look like before they bought it. Another thing I did was reply to every inquiry from customers as soon as possible. Hence, one of my top priorities is ensuring that every customer feels cared for — that means making sure they have a positive experience with me, whether that's through quick responses or more involved customer care.
