Working as an HR always comes with the responsibility of ensuring that ALL employee details are encoded accurately and error-free. This is because a simple error may cause delays in processing especially in payroll. 

I have encoded on various database systems such as ORACLE HR, ORACLE FAS, In-house Manpower Planning Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems. Recruitment Validation Systems and Microsoft AX Dynamics.. I was also entrusted to encode on government websites such as the Philippine's Department of Labor and Employment database. Here is a screenshot of a report I encode manually almost every month:
