Ø Timekeeping / Employee Benefits
o Registers work schedule of employees.
o Encodes and generates timekeeping reports: Daily Attendance transaction, Attendance Summary
o Prepares necessary reports for incidents of violation / infraction
Ø Employee Services
o Ensures accuracy of information about employee and compliance to ID data specifications.
o Attends to employee’s concerns re: benefits, timekeeping (BIR, SSS and HDMF)
o Facilitates processing of Separation Clearance and Release form of employees. (Gratuity pays if applicable to some resigned employees.)
Ø Ensures compliance to audit standards; prepares and presents records to auditors on audit activities.
