    Responsibilities:

• Detailed encoding of materials for warehouse inventory
• Encoding of material in and out and balancing the stocks for easy monitoring
• Look ahead planning of shipments such as Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD), actual departure, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), actual time of arrival and delivery to site.
• Management of data's such as suppliers details, purchase order quantity, pricing and other details that the company might look into the files.
• Making sure of the confidentiality of plans and documents.
