- Providing proper information about shipping rates, documents, charges and other shipping related notices to the Sales Representative.
- Coordinates the status of the products to the client such as pick up date, departure date, arrival date, status of process in Customs and the delivery time.
- Proper checking of clients submitted requirements.
- Giving a warm kindness on how to deal with clients request and worries.
