- Provide real-time assistance via live chat and Zendesk emails to members and clients in relation to payroll, compensation, benefits, insurance, invoice, payments, etc.
- Handle special tasks like calling members and clients alike to provide better customer experience and resolution

Interns were given tasks such as generating monthly performance report from which classroom trainings and online courses are based; create training bulletins and one-pagers to help close knowledge gaps, handle classroom training; and provide floor support
