I used here MS Word excel. I used  this data in the Barangay Annual Budget.

I use this data entry every month. I made this so that when I entered the figures data I need will be computed automatically. Before, they just used a calculator to calculate the net amount, gross amount, tax rate, tax base, and total amount to pay for this particular supplier. The data here are the month which is in dropdown list, bill no. ,basic charge, power cost adjustment, subsidy for Senior Citizen, total, taxbase, the tax rate 5% and 2%, net amount and gross amount.

This is the data entry I used in filing the annual tax return of each of the personnel in our plantilla. It includes the full name, tin no. , birthdate, sex, and nationality. 

This is the data I used for the budget of the barangay for the year 2022.  I entered here the particular expenditures, receipts, appropriations, account code, actual budget last 2020, current appropriation(2021), and the proposed budget (2022).
