I may be new to this VA world but being a Barangay Treasurer for more than two years with bookkeeping tasks and working in the corporate world for more than eight years, I know my experiences and skills would be a big help. I am now a Xero Advisor Certified and QuickBooks Online Certified. But to be more knowledgeable, more equipped, and more made for this field I enrolled in some training and watched webinars and videos. I thrive in an environment where everything should be in order and well-documented. In addition, I am flexible and responsive, I give my everything for my work, that’s how dedicated I am. I am also a person who is very open to learning and willing to be trained should it be needed for the tasks I will handle. Furthermore, I am comfortable doing tasks alone with little to no supervision at all and I am also a good team player if asked to work with a group.
But I know charm has nothing to do to be the best for the position I'm applying for but my diverse skills, abilities, and willingness to learn will allow me to work with you and will let me help you scale up your business.

•Bookkeeping Tasks
•Maintain the Cashbook and bank reconciliation statement and document all transactions.
• Keep custody of barangay funds and properties.
• Collect and issue official receipts, file and pay taxes via efps, collect fees, contributions, monies, materials, and all other resources accruing to the barangay treasury, and deposit the same in the account of the barangay.
• Plan and ensure adherence to the pre-determined financial budget for the year
• Prepare Payroll
• Disburse funds in accordance with the financial procedures provided in the Local Government Code
• Certify as to the availability of funds whenever necessary.
• Deposit received funds.
• Write outgoing cheques.
• Prepare and submit all the necessary documents and reports and submitted to the Municipal Accounting and Commission on Audit.
• Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribed by law or ordinance.
Production Operator
• Inspect and test components.
• Record and update production process and downtime in Test Manufacturing System.
• Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Observe all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure that tested good products are inspected and free of defects.
Material Handler
• Answer telephone calls.
• Ensure that line loading priorities and all materials related to production at testing are executed.
• Update Yield Monitoring and conduct production audit in the test floor area.
• Ensure materials are available and not out of stock to avoid cause of delay in production.
• Transact confirm on SAP (System Application and Product) System.
• Update WIP (Work-in-Process) lots, machine utilization, yield monitoring, and other requested reports needed on an urgent presentation by the management.
• Perform other related duties that be assigned from time to time.
Trainer
• Train and certify the newly hired operator and material handler
• Recertify the existing operator and material handler every year
• Conduct and update the online examination for the newly hired and existing personnel
• Orient and train production Personnel with the revised and additional procedure and production process
• Update training records of all production personnel.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Operate machinery such as a conveyor.
• Close, seal, and weigh the box with a syringe from the conveyor.
• Ensure that the quantity of syringe inside the box are correct.
• Label the box in proper order and correctly.
• Seal and put the labeled box in the correct carton box.
• Transfer the finished product to the sterilization area.
• Maintain daily production and follow quality policy and procedures.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Ensure that a business's financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
