Content Creation: Generating original and engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to different platforms and target audiences. This involves creating a content calendar and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitoring and Analytics: Tracking social media metrics and using analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns, content, and overall social media efforts. Analyzing data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
Brand Management: Maintaining brand consistency and voice across different social media channels, ensuring that content aligns with the brand's values and guidelines.
