Travel Management

- FLIGHT BOOKING
As an Executive VA, I can efficiently book flights for clients by researching the best options based on their schedule, budget, and preferences. I handle the full process — from securing tickets, adding travel extras, and organizing travel documents, to updating the client’s calendar with flight details and reminders. I also assist with rebooking or cancellations when needed.
- CAR BOOKING
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I handle car rental bookings for clients based on their itinerary, destination, and preferences. I make sure to choose vehicles that meet their comfort and quality standards—typically selecting 5-star rated providers with flexible terms.
I coordinate pick-up and drop-off times, confirm insurance coverage, and ensure the vehicle type suits the client's needs (e.g., sedan, SUV, or luxury car). I also send the full rental details, including confirmation numbers and contact info, and can add everything to the client's calendar for easy access during travel.
- HOTEL BOOKING
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I manage hotel bookings for clients with attention to comfort, convenience, and budget. I research accommodations based on the client’s preferences—such as location, room type, star rating, amenities (like Wi-Fi, breakfast, gym, or workspace), and proximity to their meetings or events.
I compare rates across trusted platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, or directly from hotel websites to get the best value. Once I find the ideal option, I handle the reservation, confirm special requests (like early check-in, late checkout, or room upgrades), and ensure the booking is guaranteed.
After booking, I provide the client with a copy of the confirmation, add the hotel details to their travel itinerary or calendar, and remain available for any modifications or cancellations if plans change.
- RESTAURANT RESERVATION
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I handle restaurant reservations for clients based on their schedule, cuisine preferences, dietary needs, and the purpose of the meeting—whether it's casual dining, a business lunch, or a formal dinner.
I research top-rated restaurants near their location, check availability, and make reservations through trusted platforms or directly with the venue. I also request special accommodations such as private dining, quiet seating, or allergy-friendly menus when needed.
