On January 13, 2024, as part of PRO VA's General Virtual Assistant (GVA) training program, I actively participated in responsibilities related to customer mortgages. In addition, I took on the task of creating an extensive list that included some of Australia's best CEOs. Here are some examples of the work I finished during this training session: 

Over the last year, I have effectively accomplished lead generation and data entry responsibilities while employed by two distinct organizations. My duties included collecting sales figures in cash from different boutiques, entering the data into an Excel file, and then uploading the file to the database and financial systems.

In a different role, I verified and gathered contact details, names, and other details from every employee allocated to a particular shop area in order to do lead generation operations. We were able to determine areas that required further support through this process, which added to our awareness of the staffing requirements inside certain locations.
