One of my clients' preferred niches is companies that offer damp-proofing services. I obtain accurate information from them, such as their company name, website link, decision maker, phone number, and valid email address.

Dental clinics are featured in the image below. When it comes to decision-makers, my superior wants me to get the managing director or director of the company. But if the managing director or director is not searchable online, we go for the other position.

One of my responsibilities is to go through their master lead list and determine whether or not the companies on that spreadsheet are running Facebook ads. Determined their niches as well, and went through the company's website to determine their best selling product and write a product compliment about it.
