Email Management

These are some of the ways I will handle the emails, however it is entirely up to my clients how they want me to manage their emails.
- If it's an urgent message, I'll send my client a screenshot of the email.
- Creating Labels to keep your inbox organized.
- Important emails are marked with stars.
- Creating email templates helps reduce the time it takes to send emails, thus saving valuable time.
- When on vacation, turn Auto-Responder ON.
- Creating a filter so that emails are automatically sent to an out-of-the-way location and never appear in your inbox.
Example: Messages from Canva are sent to the "Canva Notifications" inbox.
- Deleting Unnecessary Files
- Empty the trash bin periodically
