Here is the MS Excel file I made to organize a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) project for my parents' Silver Wedding Anniversary.
First, I listed all the chosen suppliers, taking important details such as the category of the supplier, contact person, contact number, as well as the social media link.
Second, I communicated with them to inquire about the products, services, and availability.
Next, I created a guest list to manage attendance and prevent unexpected expenses, as our event was budgeted.
Then, I organized the cash flow of our budget to track expenses, monitor available funds, and ensure transparency with my siblings.
I also created itineraries and lists of things to prepare so everyone would know what to do and what to bring on the day before the wedding and on the wedding day.
And lastly, I finalized the list of the wedding entourage, those who will walk down the aisle in the church, as well as the flow of the program for the reception.
