-Works remotely with customers who have complaints, problems with the products that they receive, shipping status and requesting for refunds or cancellations with the order or subscriptions that they are signed up with.

- Previously worked on a travel account specifically with Expedia, Hotels.com and Orbitz
- Assists customers with their concerns such as booking their hotel reservations, car rentals, hotels and activities.
- Provides excellent customer service even in a very hard situation, offers alternative options and provides suitable solutions.
- Also, an experienced GDS (Global Distribution System) user specifically with Sabre, Amadeus and Worldspan-- Very familiar with famous destinations, airport codes and airlines
