As a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management program, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry and its diverse range of operations. Throughout my studies, I have learned valuable skills in customer service, food and beverage management, marketing, financial analysis, and human resource management. My degree has equipped me with the necessary tools to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience in a professional setting. With my education and practical training, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of any hospitality business.
In addition to my studies, I had the opportunity to hone my communication and storytelling skills as a feature editor and photojournalist for the college magazine. In these roles, I was responsible for identifying and researching compelling stories, conducting interviews, capturing engaging photographs, and crafting well-written articles for publication.
These experiences not only allowed me to develop my journalistic skills but also gave me a unique perspective on the hospitality industry. I learned the importance of effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to tell a compelling story – all qualities that have served me well in my career. Overall, I am proud to have earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and am excited to continue making a positive impact in the industry.
