I am a college graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, and I spent four enriching years as a teacher. Those years not only deepened my love for educating others but also instilled in me the values of patience, empathy, and effective communication.
After my teaching career, I embraced the fast-paced world of the BPO industry. For over five years, I’ve worked as a call center agent, where I mastered the art of connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and driving results. Along the way, I’ve also cultivated skills as a social media manager, helping businesses build their online presence and engage with their audience effectively.
