I am a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education degree, and I spent four enriching years as a teacher. Those years not only deepened my love for educating others but also instilled in me the values of patience, empathy, and effective communication.
After my teaching career, I embraced the fast-paced world of the BPO industry. For over five years, I’ve worked as a call center agent, where I mastered connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and driving results. Along the way, Recently, I've taken on the role of appointment setter/cold caller, where I've leveraged my organizational skills to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless appointment setting. I'm excited to leverage my skills and experience to drive success in my future endeavors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and migration to QuickBooks Online.
- Resolve issues related to invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software like Salesforce.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in products/services.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet specific criteria.
- Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams with qualified leads.
