In this sample work that I made, I am using an excel spreadsheet. This is to track the timesheet of each crew onboard Mein Schiff. If you press the “ GO TO” button which corresponds to each name of the crew, you will be redirected to the timesheet of that certain crew. It is easier for me to track and input the number of hours worked per crew.

     This our vorlage wall onboard wherein we will put the pictures, name of the crew, position and nationality of all crew member under restaurant department, starting from the management team all the way to mess boys.

Here I used Excel also to organize everything as you can see below. I group them according to their position in each tabs.

     This is our Master list onboard for Restaurant Crew. You can see here all the information about the crew. We also used Excel File for this. As an Admin Assistant, we need to update this list every time there’s some changes made, like for instance, we need to remove all the crew who disembark and to add those who newly embarked, change of positions, change of cabins, so on and so forth.
