• Responsible for the up-to-standard implementation and administration of check lists, reports and log ins in the restaurant. In close cooperation with the Executive Maitre D.
• Acceptance, checks and compilation of the check lists, reports and logs supplied by Restaurant crew and staff.
• Service Assistance
• Give assistance by checking of the food, beverages and consumable orders for the work area in strict adherence to budget related and other requirements.
• Supervision, division and gives support in trainings of the Restaurant Crew.
• In close cooperation with the Executive Maitre D, notification and handling of the relevant events such as damages, repairs and security violation.
• Present the bar daily specials and to recommend premium cocktails and spirits.
• Take orders and deliver the drinks on time and accurately.
• Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the working area.
• Always ready to attend to guests requests and needs.
• Preparing bar caddies and bar counter for the next shift.
• Taking orders and ensuring that the food was given on time based on its courses, proper set-up of the tables with complete utensils and condiments even before the guests ask for it.
• As a shift leader, supervision of the entire shift and handling guests’ complaints and requests.
• Checking back each guests assuring that their needs was attended promptly.
• Doing monthly inventory, weekly requisition and tracking of guests promotion redemptions.
