I am a professional customer support with 7 years of experience in the industry. I've handled different types of roles throughout my journey such as, Sales Associate for GM Motors OnStar, Customer Service Representative 2 for Doordash, Customer Support Specialist for Ford Motors, Technical Advisor for Samsung and Executive Customer Service Specialist for Global eTrades (GeTS).
I am committed to giving outstanding service and guaranteeing client satisfaction in my role as a customer support professional.
